The role is also open to incorporated consultants (85$/hour max.)What we will accomplish togetherYou will join a technology environment where AI is moving fast—but production delivery matters more than experimentation.Your role is to turn AI ambition into real, scalable, production-ready solutions by building reusable frameworks, reference architectures, and engineering patterns that unblock teams and accelerate delivery.This is not a one-off application role.You are here to multiply impact across teams, not just ship a single solution.Your mission (should you choose to accept it)As a Senior AI Solutions Engineer, you operate at the intersection of software engineering, applied AI, and platform thinking.Your success is measured by:
  • How many teams you enable
  • How quickly AI solutions reach production
  • How broadly your frameworks and patterns are adopted
You build real systems, not demos—and you design them to last.Your day-to-day responsibilities
  • Design and deliver production-grade AI-enabled applications using modern full-stack and cloud-native architectures
  • Build reusable AI frameworks and reference implementations (RAG, document processing, agent/workflow patterns)
  • Integrate AI capabilities into enterprise platforms with strong engineering discipline
  • Apply AI-first delivery practices to reduce friction and accelerate outcomes
  • Implement applied GenAI patterns: prompt/tool orchestration, agentic workflows, evaluation, and guardrails
  • Design model-agnostic solutions resilient to rapid AI ecosystem change
  • Own engineering excellence: CI/CD, automated testing, observability, monitoring
  • Mentor engineers and lead architecture/design reviews
  • Partner with stakeholders to deliver shippable, production-ready milestones
Your future teamYou will work with globally distributed, agile engineering teams responsible for mission-critical, high-volume platforms operating at scale, where resilience, security, and governance are non-negotiable.Your tech stack
  • Languages: Java and/or Python
  • Backend: APIs, distributed services, event-driven architectures
  • AI / GenAI: RAG, LLM orchestration, agents, prompt design, evaluation & guardrails
  • Cloud: Azure (preferred)
  • DevOps: CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, telemetry, monitoring
  • Data & Messaging: Vector databases, embeddings, Kafka or high-throughput messaging systems
You are
  • A builder with an AI-first mindset, focused on scale and reuse
  • Experienced (6+ years) in delivering and operating production full-stack systems
  • Strong in system design, scalability, resiliency, and security
  • Hands-on with real GenAI applications in production, not just POCs
  • Comfortable in regulated or enterprise environments
  • Able to simplify complexity and raise the engineering bar across teams
  • A clear technical communicator who influences through impact, not hierarchy

  • Concevoir et livrer des applications IA en production avec des standards élevés de qualité, sécurité et observabilité
  • Construire des frameworks réutilisables et des architectures de référence (RAG, traitement documentaire, agents, workflows IA)
  • Intégrer des capacités IA dans des plateformes existantes à fort volume transactionnel
  • Mettre en place des solutions model-agnostic, robustes face à l’évolution rapide de l’écosystème IA
  • Utiliser l’IA pour réduire la friction, accélérer le développement et améliorer la fiabilité
  • Encadrer les pratiques d’ingénierie : CI/CD, tests automatisés, monitoring, télémétrie
  • Accompagner et faire monter en compétence les équipes via des patterns simples, documentés et reproductibles
  • Participer aux revues d’architecture et influencer les décisions techniques structurantes

  • Avez 6+ ans d’expérience en développement full stack en production
  • Pensez “AI first” : vous concevez des solutions réutilisables, pas des POCs isolés
  • Maîtrisez les architectures cloud natives, distribuées et scalables
  • Avez déjà livré des solutions GenAI en environnement réel
  • Êtes à l’aise avec les enjeux de sécurité, performance et fiabilité
  • Savez vulgariser la complexité et influencer positivement les équipes
  • Appréciez évoluer dans des environnements structurés et réglementés
