Job Summary:

The Account Manager, Non-Insured Health Benefits (NIHB) Program serves as the primary day-to-day contact for the client and is responsible for all operational deliverables for core services, including daily account activity and management of operational needs. The Account Manager ensures that client requests and enquiries regarding eligibility, claims, implementations, participant materials, report requests, and all other general inquiries are handled in accordance with the service level agreements, with utmost quality and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact for clients, ensuring service and operational deliverables are met, and coordinating with internal teams for quality and excellence.

  • Proactively address client requests, inquiries, and complaints, and coordinate solutions as needed.

  • Represent the client's interests within Express Scripts Canada to drive service improvement and align with corporate strategies.

  • Work with the NIHB Account Executive to align service delivery with client vision and goals.

  • Leadership: Lead and develop the Client Benefit Analysts team, set clear objectives, and foster high performance.

  • Workflow Management: Oversee workload and priorities, support client initiatives, and monitor service trends for immediate resolution.

  • Resolve operational and service issues, escalate when necessary, and manage recovery efforts.

  • Support of Core Service Delivery: Partner with internal stakeholders on product development and operational issue resolution.

  • Handle escalations for high-priority items to ensure departmental goals are met.

  • Support financial and privacy audits as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Postgraduate education in business or equivalent of 5 years of relevant experience

  • Knowledge of the NIHB Program or Health Care and Group Benefits is an asset

  • 3-5 years of leadership/supervisory experience, ideally in a Customer Services environment

  • Ability to work cross-functionally to proactively communicate and influence key stakeholders at all levels within the organization to resolve issues with the highest sense of urgency

  • Proven ability to juggle multiple projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail in a fast pace work environment

  • Ability to motivate and influence team members, and create a culture that supports high engagement

Sommaire de l’emploi :

Le chargé de comptes, Programme des SSNA est la personne-ressource avec laquelle le client communique au quotidien. Il est tenu responsable des principaux livrables, des activités quotidiennes relatives aux comptes et de la gestion des besoins opérationnels. Le chargé de comptes s’assure que les demandes et les questions du client concernant l’admissibilité, les demandes de paiement, la mise en œuvre des solutions, les documents destinés aux participants, les demandes de rapports, ainsi que toutes autres demandes générales sont traités conformément aux normes contractuelles relatives à la qualité du service, dans le respect des plus hautes normes de qualité et d’excellence du service.

Responsabilités principales :

  • Être responsable des services et des livrables destinés au client en étant la personne-ressource avec laquelle le client communique au quotidien et en assurant l’excellence opérationnelle de l’équipe au moyen de la coordination avec les différentes équipes d’Express Scripts Canada.

  • Gérer de manière proactive les demandes, les questions ponctuelles et les plaintes du client et trouver des solutions seul, ou en collaboration avec les différentes équipes.

  • Transmettre les commentaires du client aux différentes équipes d’Express Scripts Canada afin de contribuer à l’amélioration continue des services et à l’atteinte des objectifs de l’entreprise en matière de satisfaction du client.

  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le directeur de comptes, Programme des SSNA afin d’harmoniser la prestation de services avec la vision, la mission, les stratégies et les objectifs associés au compte client.

  • Leadership: Diriger et développer une équipe hautement performante d’analystes de régimes, en établissant des objectifs et des attentes clairs en matière de responsabilisation, tout en gérant efficacement les changements.

  • Gestion de la charge de travail : Répartir la charge de travail et établir les priorités afin de soutenir les initiatives du client, y compris les projets qui nécessitent des ressources supplémentaires.

  • Surveiller et déceler de manière proactive les tendances en matière de prestation de services en vue de la résolution immédiate de tout problème.

  • Soutien relatif à la prestation des services essentiels : Collaborer avec le directeur de comptes, Programme des SSNA et les équipes des opérations afin de contribuer au développement de nouveaux produits et à la résolution des enjeux opérationnels.

  • S’occuper des plaintes qui lui sont transmises en lien avec les activités prioritaires afin de s’assurer que les objectifs du service sont atteints.

  • Participer aux vérifications financières et relatives à la protection des renseignements personnels effectuées chaque année (le cas échéant).

Ce que nous recherchons :

  • Être titulaire d’un diplôme d’études supérieures en administration des affaires ou 5 années d’expérience pertinente.

  • Connaître le Programme des SSNA ou le domaine des soins de santé et de l’assurance collective est considérée comme un atout.

  • Compter de 3 à 5 ans d’expérience à titre de gestionnaire d’équipe ou de superviseur, idéalement dans un environnement de service à la clientèle.

  • Être en mesure de travailler en collaboration avec les employés des autres services, à communiquer de façon proactive avec les principaux intervenants des différentes sphères de l’entreprise afin de régler les problèmes de manière proactive et dans de très courts délais.

  • Être en mesure de gérer plusieurs projets à la fois, tout en ayant le souci du détail, dans un environnement dynamique.

  • Démontrer une habileté à motiver, à encadrer les employés et à créer une culture soutenant une forte mobilisation du personnel.

  • Faire preuve d’une passion pour l’excellence et inculquer les valeurs devant être partagées afin d’assurer le succès de l’équipe.
