Agro Customer Service Cashier

Job Overview: Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, you’ll be involved in:

• Working co-operatively with team members who deliver legendary service to make all guests of our Co-op feel “at home here.”

• Assisting and helping co-ordinate the sale of Agricultural products, ensuring that it is done in an efficient, safe and cost-effective manner while providing a consistently high level of customer service.
• Be dependable for all scheduled shifts and perform cash out procedures
• Keeping sales floor organized and clean

• Work co-operatively with team members and team leaders throughout the whole store

What You Bring: If you are interested in crops and animals as well as passionate about customer service and you have the following qualifications:

• Experience in a retail sales environment in the areas of customer service, Agricultural products, point of sale operation and merchandising is considered an asset

• An understanding of feed and farming is considered an asset

• Must be able to lift 50lbs as required

• Adaptable, organized, efficient and committed

• Be a team member with exceptional interpersonal, communication and organizational skills

• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple demands

• A commitment to quality and an eye for detail

• You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives

• Positive attitude and proven ability to work with the team in a culture of sales and service
