Job description
Manage restoration efforts with expertise as a proactive Project Manager. Lead projects from estimation to completion while ensuring quality, safety, and mentoring, making a significant impact. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing restoration projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget. Your role also involves effective communication with homeowners, adjusters, and the team to maintain project integrity. You’ll provide mentorship to junior project managers, shaping their growth and ensuring project consistency. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee all phases of restoration projects • Develop detailed estimates and manage budgets • Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards • Facilitate alignment among teams, subcontractors, and clients • Empower junior team members through mentorship Requirements: • 3+ years of Project Management or similar experience • Strong understanding of restoration practices and safety codes • Competence in Microsoft Office and Xactimate • Clean driving record and valid driver’s license required • IICRC certifications: WRT and FSRT preferred Leverage your project leadership skills to drive successful restoration projects that help communities recover and thrive. #J-18808-Ljbffr
