Randstad has partnered with a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, looking for a strong and driven Accountant to join their team, located in Burlington.

Title: Accountant
Location: Burlington, ON
Rate of Pay: $32.00 - $35.00 per hour
Job Type: 12-Month Contract (Immediate Start)

Responsibilities
• Managing and executing full-cycle accounting functions for multiple business entities using SAP.
• Preparing accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reporting packages.
• Performing complex bank reconciliations and managing intercompany transactions across different branches.
• Handling foreign exchange accounting and ensuring accuracy across USD and other currencies.
• Assisting with budget preparation and variance analysis to support management decision-making.
• Ensuring compliance with internal controls and supporting year-end audit requirements.

Qualifications
• Proven experience as an Accountant within the manufacturing industry is an asset.
• Hands-on proficiency with SAP is an essential requirement for this role.
• Strong expertise in financial reporting for multiple entities and multi-currency environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a high level of digital literacy.
