How you’ll make an impact
Join our Agile development team as a Product Analyst playing a key role in shaping and supporting solutions across our marketing technology and digital platforms. You’ll translate business needs into clear, testable requirements and verify new features function correctly before release.
Working with various systems and public websites, you’ll collaborate closely with developers, the product owner, analysts, and business partners to support enhancements and resolve issues in the Marketing and Brand Domains.
Your critical thinking, curiosity and technical aptitude will help you navigate ambiguity, question assumptions and drive practical solutions. You’ll bring a collaborative, detail-oriented mindset and a willingness to learn, contributing to a team that values growth, embraces change, and is focused on delivering meaningful, high-quality products.
What you’ll do
- Collaborate with developers, stakeholders and end‑users to gather, validate and document requirements that shape product design, starting with having a clear understanding of the problem being addressed
- Perform systems and impact analysis to understand dependencies across integrated marketing systems and public-facing platforms
- Execute acceptance tests and intentionally challenge solutions to ensure each product increment meets quality expectations before release
- Investigate and analyze incidents to identify root causes, assess impacts, and support effective, timely resolution
- Identify solution options and automation opportunities that improve processes, enhance customer outcomes and support delivery efficiency
- Analyze product backlog items and create clear, actionable user stories that reflect business needs, constraints, and edge cases
- Prepare organizational change management materials that support end‑user understanding, readiness and adoption
What you’ll bring to the team
Required qualifications:
- Degree in finance, marketing or commerce
- Minimum three years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis or a similar field
- Experience in requirements management, including conducting requirements gathering sessions, analyzing needs and writing user stories
- Proven ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical audiences, reflected through stakeholder engagement or communication responsibilities
- Demonstrated history of adopting and learning new technologies, tools or systems in previous roles
- Solid knowledge of Agile principles
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in financial services, ideally within the agriculture sector
- Experience working with digital marketing systems (HubSpot)
- Experience in working across integrated platforms
