About the role
We are on a mission to build a world-class team that drives innovation, growth, and excellence. As we scale rapidly, we are looking for a Vehicle Inventory Associate (Evening Shift) to join our Production team. This role ensures accurate and detailed vehicle data is entered into our inventory system so every car meets Clutch's quality and sales standards. The shift schedule is Monday to Thursday, 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM, and includes a $1.50 per hour shift premium.
What you'll do
Manually identify and capture features within vehicles
Use captured features to determine vehicle trim levels
Copy data from documents into our vehicle inventory system (CarFax information, vehicle specifications, recall information)
Complete uploads for each vehicle in a fast-paced, repetitive environment
Collaborate with production teams as needed (detailing, shuttling, inspections)
Maintain accurate and organized records for inventory and reporting
