You will play a pivotal leadership role in growing and delivering MNP Digital’s Modern Workplace services. You will lead high‑performing teams, shape client solutions, and expand our capabilities across Microsoft 365 Copilot, SharePoint, and productivity‑focused solutions. Responsibilities

Practice & Delivery Leadership

• Lead the delivery of Modern Workplace engagements, ensuring high‑quality outcomes aligned to client business goals
• Act as a senior trusted advisor to clients, guiding strategy and solution decisions across Microsoft 365, Copilot, SharePoint, and Information Management
• Oversee solution design and governance models that balance innovation, data security, business compliance, and user experience
• Drive consistency and excellence across delivery methodologies, documentation, and standards.

Microsoft Modern Workplace Expertise

• Lead solution architecture and advisory services across:
  • Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI‑enabled productivity scenarios
  • SharePoint Online (intranets, document management, information architecture)
  • Information Protection, Records Management, and Microsoft Purview
  • Microsoft Teams collaboration and integrated productivity experiences
• Stay current on Microsoft’s roadmap and emerging capabilities, translating innovation into practical client value
• Champion productivity‑by‑design principles that improve employee experience and adoption

People & Team Leadership

• Build, mentor, and manage a team of Consultants and Senior Consultants within the Modern Workplace practice
• Provide coaching, performance feedback, and career development support
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high‑trust team culture aligned with MNP Digital values
• Support capability development through enablement, knowledge sharing, and certification growth

Client Growth & Pre‑Sales Support

• Support business development through client discovery, solution shaping, and proposal development
• Participate in client presentations, workshops, and executive discussions
• Identify opportunities to expand Modern Workplace services within existing client relationships
• Partner with Microsoft and internal stakeholders to support co‑sell and go‑to‑market initiatives

Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of experience delivering Microsoft‑based solutions in consulting or enterprise environments
• Proven leadership experience managing delivery teams and client engagements
• Deep hands‑on and advisory experience with:
  • Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange)
  • Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI‑driven productivity use cases
  • Information Architecture, Information Management, and governance
  • Microsoft Purview (Information Protection, Records Management, Compliance)
• Strong understanding of adoption, change management, and user‑centric solution design
• Experience leading workshops, executive discussions, and stakeholder engagement
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value
• Post‑secondary education in Information Systems, Business, or a related field
• Microsoft certifications are considered a strong asset.
• Bilingual (French) is an asset.

This is a current opportunity with an ideal hiring range of between $110,000 to $145,000 per year, depending on experience and skills.
