About The Role – Electronics Assembler (Maple Ridge BC)

We are excited to announce a new opportunity for an Instrumentation Assembler who enjoys hands‑on electronics work, takes pride in quality, and wants to be part of a collaborative, safety‑focused team.

What you will be doing

• Assemble electrical, electronic, and mechanical sub‑assemblies, including cable assemblies and wiring harnesses
• Read and follow technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions
• Perform soldering, wire crimping, riveting, bolting, and micro‑welding as required
• Assemble enclosures and instrumentation components to specification
• Conduct functional testing and basic troubleshooting of completed products
• Identify improvement opportunities and update work instructions when needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety‑compliant work area

What you will bring

• 1–5 years of experience in an electronics or manufacturing environment
• Hands‑on experience with electronics assembly, soldering, and wire crimping
• Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
• Ability to switch from project to project as directed throughout daily work
• Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions and technical documentation
• Basic computer skills (databases, spreadsheets, digital work instructions)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively to meet production deadlines
• A professional, reliable attitude with a willingness to learn and improve

Role dimensions

• Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7am – 330pm

Salary to be determined by the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.

Compensation

• Hourly Pay Range: 18.50-$22.50 CAD
