Job description
Step into a rewarding role as an Administrative Assistant and HR Coordinator. Utilize your administrative abilities to support vital operational and human resources functions within a supportive workplace. With full-time hours, you’ll engage in a mix of routine and complex tasks that facilitate smooth HR operations. At least 3-5 years of prior experience will empower you to manage HR-related documents, coordinate onboarding, and assist with employee relations events. Your problem-solving skills will make a difference in guiding employees through various HR programs and processes. Key Responsibilities: • Answer site phone and manage personnel transitions • Process invoices and oversee financial reports • Create training packets and manage documentation • Ensure job packets from managers are accurate • Support employee relations and compliance events Requirements: • High school diploma necessary; HR diploma preferred • 3-5 years' experience in administrative support • 1-3 years HR coordination experience beneficial • Proficiency in Excel and report preparation • Strong communication for employee support Contribute to a positive workplace environment by leveraging your administrative and HR expertise in this collaborative role. #J-18808-Ljbffr
