Who You Are:

  • Passion for customer service and relationship-based sales
  • 1+ year of experience in automotive sales or commission-based sales
  • Motivation to succeed in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • Valid VSA License and BC Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean abstract
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Ability to build trust and long-term customer relationships
  • Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook, and CRM systems (DealerSocket experience is an asset)


Schedule: Full-Time

Compensation: $100,000 – $130,000 annually (Full commission)


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Promoting and selling new and pre-owned Genesis vehicles
  • Delivering a luxury, consultative sales experience from first contact to delivery
  • Explaining vehicle features, warranties, and finance options clearly and confidently
  • Completing sales documentation accurately and efficiently
  • Building and maintaining long-term client relationships
  • Following up with customers to drive repeat and referral business
  • Staying current on product knowledge, market trends, and brand standards
