Outdoor Marketing Representative

Humber Student Painters is a home improvement company based in Etobicoke, Ontario.

Role Overview
Team members are responsible for explaining our services to homeowners, scheduling free estimates, and building rapport at the door.
This is a door-to-door canvassing role offering free interior and exterior painting and staining estimates.
Full training is provided on pitching, objection handling, and booking estimates.

Outgoing, energetic, and motivated
Comfortable working independently and in a team
Customer service, sales, or marketing experience is an asset but not required
Goal- and results-oriented
Willing to work outdoors
Reliable transportation
12–20 hours per week, flexible schedule with 3–4 hour shifts

What It Takes
Minimum of 2 canvassing shifts per week (3–4 hours each)
Weekly check-ins with a manager or coach
Coachable attitude and willingness to take feedback
Strong work ethic and desire to earn
Access to a vehicle or reliable transportation
Compensation
$18–30 per hour
Results-based pay and incentives
