Job description
Join a newly established division in Etobicoke as a night shift Material Handler. This role requires expert operation of Crown Reach, Center Rider, and Dock Stocker machines to pick produce orders in a cooler environment. You will utilize RF scanners to maintain inventory accuracy while handling items up to 50 lbs. We are seeking safety-focused professionals with extensive forklift experience who can pass a rigorous on-site machine assessment and work a consistent Wednesday to Saturday schedule.

Location: Etobicoke, ON (Martin Grove Rd area).

Environment: Temperature-controlled (2°C to 5°C). Warehouse jackets and safety vests provided.

Facility Rules: Strictly Nut-Free. Candidates must not have nut or peanut allergies.

Commute: Reliable personal vehicle is required for this location and shift time.

Advantages
Base Rate: $21.00 per hour + $1.00/hour Night Premium.

Shift: Wednesday to Saturday, 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Night Shift).

Training: Must be available for 1–2 weeks of day-shift training (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM).

Payment: Weekly frequency.

Responsibilities
Operate Crown, center rider and dock stocker; pick produce up to 50 lbs; use RF scanners.

Qualifications
Equipment Mastery: High proficiency on Crown Reach, Center Rider, and Dock Stocker. An on-site assessment is mandatory.

Experience: Minimum 3 years of Crown Reach experience and 3 years in a similar Material Handler role.

Inventory Tech: Proficient with RF Scanners for high-volume order picking.

Physical: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly in a cold storage environment.

Work History: Seeking stable candidates with a consistent track record.

Summary
Background: A clear criminal record check is required prior to commencement.

Interview Process: 1. Mandatory on-site forklift assessment.
2. Orientation and on-the-job training (conducted on day shift).

Personal PPE: Candidates must provide their own CSA-approved safety shoes.
