COMPANY:

Founded over 175 years ago, Labatt is one of Canada’s founding businesses and its leading brewer. We are proud of our history and our heritage in Canada, and we remain committed to brewing great-tasting, high-quality beers that have satisfied beer drinkers for generations. Labatt has created exciting experiences with consumers through iconic brands like Budweiser, Bud Light, NÜTRL, Michelob Ultra, Corona, Stella Artois and many more. Through our broad portfolio, we are truly a national brewer, with over 3,600 employees, a portfolio of more than 60 quality beers and beyond, and 10 breweries from coast-to-coast, we are proud to serve Canada and the communities we call home.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead EDI transformation projects from design through implementation and stabilization.

  • Plan and deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.

  • Coordinate EDI production enhancements and mapping changes with external EDI integrators.

  • Drive cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder communication across business and IT teams.

  • Document project plans, requirements, risks, and outcomes.

  • Map and optimize end-to-end business processes and EDI workflows.

  • Analyze systems and processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.

  • Support operational teams with EDI-related issues and continuous improvement efforts.

  • Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and technologies.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field or equivalent project management experience.

  • 2+ years of project management experience preferred.

  • Hands-on experience with B2B integrations and EDI, including ANSI X12, EDIFACT, VANs, SQL, and relational databases.

  • Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and/or supply chain applications.

  • Knowledge of integration protocols such as FTP, SFTP, FTPS, AS2, and similar technologies.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience with business process mapping tools (e.g., Visio).

  • High level of initiative, adaptability, and attention to detail.

  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint).

WHY LABATT:
As one of Canada’s Top 100 Employers, Labatt is a place where our people can bring out the best in themselves through a collective purpose of creating A Future With More Cheers.
