Estimator – ICI Construction (Design-Build Focus)
Salary: $80,000 – $95,000 + Bonus + Benefits
Location: Brantford, ON
We are working with a growing ICI general contractor delivering projects ranging from $5M to $12M across commercial and institutional sectors. With a strong pipeline of design-build work, they are looking to bring on an Estimator who can operate with a high level of autonomy and support the full pre-construction process.
This role is best suited for someone coming from a smaller to mid-sized contractor who is comfortable wearing multiple hats and working with limited internal support.
