Job Summary: The Systems Analyst is responsible for the i ntegration and development of IT systems, ERP, and related business applications, including administration, maintenance, and technical support within manufacturing, engineering, program management, estimating, purchasing, finance, quality, and production.

Working within the IT team, responsible for managing the resolution of application and system issues that arise.

Reporting as the in-house ERP specialist and able to assist with usage and development projects.

This individual will comply with provincial and federal legislation, company and health & safety policies and ISO/IATF quality program and procedures.

Job Details: Day shift Health, Dental, Optical Benefits Strong and Positive Company Culture PPS (positive performance sharing) Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or college diploma in a technical field – enterprise application, development, programming - or equivalent education and experience Minimum 2 years of work experience in a support capacity One or more years of experience supporting commercial ERP systems Automotive manufacturing industry experience in a technical role strongly preferred Warehouse/labelling experience preferred Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Understand technical terms and concepts related to applications (servers, database, user interface etc.) Collaborate with team members to obtain an understanding of issues and develop best practices Collect and organize problems and solutions information in the knowledge base • Ability to understand complex data models and processes As key systems are SQL based DBA skills are essential • Excellent inter-personal communication skills with a strong customer service mindset Time management skills with exceptional multi-tasking abilities and prioritization skills Interested candidates are encouraged to submit a resume via email hr@omegatoolcorp.com or via our career page: Careers (omegatoolcorp.com) We thank all applicants in advance for their interest; however, only those candidates selected for an interview will be contacted.
