Job description

Join a vibrant, growing team as a GTM Partnerships Manager. Focus on developing impactful partnerships, driving customer acquisition, and executing go-to-market strategies in a hybrid Toronto office.

In this role, you will be responsible for the complete partnerships lifecycle, from sourcing through revenue generation. Your ability to cultivate strong relationships and build a high-performing partner ecosystem will be essential to driving company expansion in Canada. Take the lead in executing joint plans that enhance brand visibility and partner collaboration.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Qualify and establish new partnership opportunities
  • Oversee onboarding, activation, and partner management
  • Generate revenue through sustained partner engagement
  • Create joint GTM strategies including events and campaigns
  • Engage cross-functionally to resolve partner issues

Requirements :

  • 4+ years of experience in partnerships or business development
  • Demonstrated success in managing commercial outcomes
  • Excellent communication and relationship skills
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving approach
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce and HubSpot
