The incumbent contributes to the delivery and continuous improvement of HR programs, policies, and practices, including collective agreement administration, employee records management, organizational development initiatives, and workforce planning, and requires proficiency in a range of HR information systems and tools. - Excellent communication and presentation skills – oral and written

- Ability to identify, understand and meet the requirements of internal and external customers
- Competent and up-to-date IT knowledge and experience – MS Office minimum and ideally, Adobe and web editing

- Consultancy skills and ideally, experience of facilitating focus groups and workshops
- Experience of undertaking research and data analysis – ability to interpret and identify trends/gaps in surveys

Field(s) of Study Advanced Diploma in Human Resources.
Actively working towards the completion of their CHRP designation is considered an asset. Experience Typical number of years of experience, in addition to the necessary education level, required to perform the responsibilities of the position Minimum of three (3) years Type of Experience Experience in a unionized environment is required.
Experience in a public sector setting is an asset.
Experience with HRIS and databased software is an asset.
