Role & Responsibilities
- Produce detailed working drawing packages that support accurate technical delivery across multiple residential developments.
- Manage projects ranging from 30 to 300 residential units with clear programme awareness.
- Coordinate workload across several live commissions to maintain deadlines, quality, and client expectations.
- Review and check drawing information to uphold technical standards across the wider team.
- Support fee proposal preparation and project resourcing discussions to improve delivery planning.
- Act as a key client contact and build lasting relationships through responsive communication.
- Resolve design and construction issues with practical technical solutions that support progress on site.
- Use AutoCAD daily to prepare, update, and coordinate technical information across project stages.
Skills & Experience Required
- Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience within an architecture practice delivering UK residential projects.
- Strong background in developer-led residential schemes with solid understanding of technical delivery requirements.
- High level of AutoCAD proficiency with the ability to produce clear and coordinated drawing packages.
- Working knowledge of UK building regulations, construction standards, and residential planning considerations.
- Experience reviewing team output and maintaining quality standards across multiple concurrent projects.
- Confident communication skills for managing client contact, consultant coordination, and internal collaboration.
- Revit experience is beneficial and would support wider technical capability within the practice.
