The Project Coordinator supports project managers in the planning, execution, and completion of projects by helping manage schedules, resources, documentation, and communication among team members and stakeholders. This role ensures projects stay organized, on track, and aligned with business goals. Key Responsibilities Assist project managers in developing project plans, timelines, and deliverables Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes Track project progress and follow up on action items Maintain project documentation, reports, and records Communicate project updates to team members and stakeholders Monitor deadlines and help ensure milestones are met Support budget tracking and resource allocation Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, and escalation when needed Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners Ensure compliance with company processes, standards, and policies
