À quoi s’attendre

L’Auditeur(trice) principal(e) bilingue – CWB Registration est responsable de réaliser et de mener des audits de systèmes de management de tierce partie. Dans le cadre de ses mandats, cette personne agit à titre de chef(fe) d’équipe d’audit, conformément aux exigences de la norme ISO 19011.

Principales responsabilités

Audits des systèmes de management

  • Se conformer aux exigences applicables en matière d’audit
  • Planifier, réaliser et rapporter les audits de systèmes de management
  • Effectuer les audits selon les échéanciers établis en fonction de la date anniversaire du client
  • Examiner et finaliser les mesures correctives mises en œuvre à la suite des non-conformités relevées lors de l'audit, dans les délais prescrits
  • Conserver, protéger et gérer les documents liés aux audits
  • Soumettre les documents requis, au besoin
  • Assurer la confidentialité de l’information et traiter les renseignements privilégiés avec discrétion
  • Assumer toute autre responsabilité prévue au Manuel et aux procédures des systèmes de management
  • Diriger les activités d’audit et assurer une communication efficace avec les membres de l’équipe d’audit, au besoin

Promotion des activités de certification et de formation

  • Développer et maintenir un réseau de contacts professionnels et d’affaires
  • Identifier des opportunités d’affaires et communiquer avec des clients potentiels afin de discuter de leurs besoins
  • Maintenir des communications continues afin de soutenir et renforcer la relation client
  • Effectuer des suivis auprès des clients concernant les demandes de fermeture afin d’en documenter les motifs
  • Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe assignée

Structure de travail

Ce poste relève directement du Directeur, Enregistrement et Consultation CWB et s’exerce principalement en télétravail, à partir du domicile au Canada.

Le Groupe CWB applique un modèle remote‑first, dans lequel les employés travaillent de leur bureau à domicile tout en desservant les clients dans leur territoire désigné. Nous favorisons une grande flexibilité afin de permettre aux employés de travailler selon un horaire qui répond le mieux à leurs besoins, à ceux de leur équipe et de leurs clients.

Ce que vous apportez

  • Diplôme d’études postsecondaires ou expérience professionnelle équivalente
  • De 5 à 7 ans d’expérience à titre d’auditeur(trice) principal(e)
  • Expérience en audits de tierce partie
  • Réussite d’un cours accrédité d’auditeur principal ISO 9001
  • Certification d’auditeur principal délivrée par un organisme reconnu (ex. Exemplar Global)
  • Capacité de se qualifier à titre de chef(fe) d’équipe d’audit, conformément à ISO 19011
  • Expérience démontrée en qualification ISO 9001
  • Expérience obligatoire en audits ISO de tierce partie
  • Solide expérience en milieu industriel (un atout : fabrication métallique)
  • Bureau à domicile adéquat pour la réalisation d’audits à distance (outils technologiques, incluant Teams)
  • Permis de conduire valide et accès à un véhicule
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles
  • Bon sens de l’organisation, de la planification et du suivi
  • Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office
  • Capacité à travailler de façon autonome et à respecter les échéanciers
  • Disponibilité à voyager au Canada et à l’international selon le territoire assigné

Exigences supplémentaires

  • Poste en télétravail à temps plein
  • Environ 70% du temps consacré aux déplacements

Compensation Band: 6

What to expect:

The Bilingual Lead Auditor CWB Registration is responsible for leading and overseeing Management Systems Audits. This includes assuming the role of the Audit Team Leader as defined in ISO 19011.

This includes:

Management Systems Auditing

  • Comply with applicable audit requirements
  • Plan, perform and report the results of management systems audits
  • Conduct audits within the time period defined by the customer’s anniversary date
  • Review and close out the corrective actions taken as a result of the audit non-compliances within the turnaround period defined
  • Retain and safeguard documents pertaining to the audit
  • Submit such documents as required
  • Ensure such documents remain confidential and treat privileged information with discretion
  • Fulfill additional specific responsibilities as assigned in the Management System Manual and Procedures
  • Lead, directs and communicate to the audit team

Promotion of Certification, Quality Registration and Education Activities

  • Develop and maintain business and professional network contacts
  • Identify prospects and contact prospective customers to discuss their needs and the potential opportunity to provide services
  • Sustain ongoing communications to foster the customer relationship
  • Follow up with clients on closure request to save it and determine the reason for closure

Other duties as assigned:

This position reports directly to the Director CWB Consulting & Registration and primarily works remotely from their home office in Canada. CWB has adopted a remote-first working model, where employees will work from their home office, servicing the client within their specified areas. We are embracing radical flexibility, where employees are encouraged to work a schedule that works best for them, their team, and their clients.

What you bring to the table:

  • Post-Secondary Education or equivalent work experience
  • 5-7 years Lead Auditor experience
  • Experience with 3rd Party audits
  • Successful completion of an accredited ISO 9001 Lead Auditor course
  • Lead Auditor Certification by a recognized organization such as Exemplar Global
  • Must be able to qualify as Team Leader as defined by ISO 19011
  • Experienced in qualifying ISO 9001
  • Third party ISO auditing experience a must
  • Solid Industrial background (preferably in the metal fabrication area)
  • Have a home office to perform audits when needed utilizing Information Technology (Teams)
  • Have a valid drivers license and vehicle
  • Possess excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrate planning, organizing and follow-up skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet appropriate deadlines
  • Willingness to travel (Canada and international) in designated territory as required, have own vehicle and a valid driver’s license is mandatory for this role.
