Logistics Coordinator (2 Openings – Carrier Sales & Operations)

Reports To: VP of Operations & Operations Manager

This organization is a freight brokerage specializing in coordinating transportation across Canada and the United States. Acting as the intermediary between shippers and carriers, the team manages the full lifecycle of freight movements—from sourcing capacity to final delivery—ensuring efficient and cost-effective solutions.
As the business continues to scale following a seasonal slowdown, the company is actively rebuilding its operations team and hiring for two distinct Logistics Coordinator profiles.
The Opportunity
We are hiring two Logistics Coordinators with different areas of focus. While both roles operate within a fast-paced, cradle-to-grave brokerage environment, the day-to-day responsibilities and ideal backgrounds differ.
