We are currently seeking a Branch Manager to join our team in Vancouver Island. In this role, your leadership, organizational skills, and hands-on approach will be key in guiding technicians, sales, and administrative staff while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and exceptional customer service.
Position: Branch Manager
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
Location: British Columbia
Start Date: Effective immediately, pending candidate availability
Work Schedule: 9:00am–5:00pm (Monday–Friday), averaging 40 hours per week (overtime and weekend work may be required)
Salary: $70,000 to $80,000 CAD annually + annual discretionary bonus

Insight Pest Solutions is seeking a motivated and hands-on Branch Manager to lead our Vancouver Island operations. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a growing branch, lead a dynamic team, and play a key role in delivering exceptional service while driving operational success.

Position Summary – Responsibilities
Payroll Management
- Oversee payroll for all branch employees
- Ensure timeliness and accuracy of payroll
- Ensure technicians are following all protocols
- Regularly review protocols and implement best practices
- Act as the main point of contact for payroll-related issues
Office Administration
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional branch environment
- Continuously review collection and record-keeping processes for improvement
- Ensure facility maintenance is completed efficiently and cost-effectively
- Collaborate with HR on recruitment, onboarding, screening, and interviewing
Inventory Management
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of reporting
- Track products from supplier → warehouse → technician → service
- Implement and maintain inventory systems for multi-site tracking
Route Optimization
- Oversee daily routes to identify and correct inefficiencies
- Ensure clear communication and understanding of routing systems
- Set up and maintain accurate employee profiles (RouteOp system)
- Provide occasional field support by performing pest control services as needed to support operational demands
Qualifications – What Will Make You Successful
- Post-secondary degree/diploma (preferred)
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience in leadership and project management (asset, not required)
- Strategic thinker with strong planning and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead a team effectively
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license
- Must be 21 years or older to operate a company vehicle
- Interest in pest control or willingness to learn
- Access to a personal laptop and/or computer
