The position is based at our downtown Montreal office in a hybrid work model.
Your Role
As a Replenishment Analyst (VMI), you will maximize supply chain efficiency and strengthen our commercial performance as well as our partnerships with major Canadian retailers.
Your mission: ensure perfect product availability, optimize inventory levels, and support flawless commercial execution. You will become the expert who turns data into decisions, trends into strategies, and challenges into opportunities for continuous improvement.
What You Will Achieve Daily
- Maximize on-shelf availability, inventory coverage, and warehouse stock management while preventing aging or obsolete inventory
- Develop tailored customer strategies to reduce costs, improve inventory coverage, and exceed retailer expectations
- Optimize forecasting and planning of promotional orders by anticipating volumes and securing flawless execution
- Quickly identify and resolve issues related to promotional activities to ensure strong commercial performance
- Produce and present weekly and monthly reports that support decision-making for clients and internal teams
- Maintain inventory models and replenishment parameters aligned with approved calendars and business objectives
- Analyze key data: stock usage, product availability, lead times, pricing, consumption trends, and potential risks
- Monitor and analyze stock utilization, product availability, pricing, and delivery timelines to build effective VMI inventory management models
- Develop tools and performance indicators to anticipate issues and continuously improve service levels
What You Bring to the Team
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and SAP
- Knowledge of Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) systems
- Experience in supply chain within the CPG industry
- Understanding of the Canadian retail distribution landscape
- Bilingualism (French and English) to collaborate with internal and external partners across Canada
