Centre Manager

We are seeking a Centre Manager to provide leadership to all Health, Fitness (HF) programs and services. This position also includes management of fitness and program, housekeeping, and the membership sales and service teams, ensuring quality membership experience, growth, and retention. This position is located at the Bonavista Regional YMCA with an expected start date of June 1, 2026.

• University degree or diploma in related field or related experience
• Minimum two years of management experience or equivalent
• Experience working with a budget
• Experienced in customer service, sales, and meeting targets
• Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
• Proficient in Microsoft 365, experience with ActiveNET software is an asset
• Experience in fitness or recreation is an asset
• Current Standard First Aid
• Criminal Record Checks and Vulnerable Sector Checks are reviewed on an individual basis
