What You Will Do:
Provide leadership for LNG technical support functions to ensure safe and efficient operation of LNG processes, systems, and operations, including process optimization, vendor management, troubleshooting, and defect elimination.
Coordinate with engineering, work management, and support functions to guarantee operational readiness for maintenance tasks, outages, and emergencies. Provide support for facility outages, startups, and commissioning as needed.
Direct the annual maintenance and production planning and implementation for LNG Operations to fulfill safety, reliability, and business targets.
Support the creation, rollout, and continuous management of Operations Qualifications and Training programs in line with regulatory and organizational requirements.
Manage operational reporting and planning processes to ensure alignment with business commitments and leadership priorities.
Harmonize & Maintain Operational Standards, Processes, & SOP’s for LNG facilities in accordance with local regulations and established guidelines.
Ensure operational risks are managed through identification, assessment, mitigation, and addressing of design issues related to safety, reliability, and operations in coordination with GDS Risk Management team.
Provide technical input for AMOCs, asset improvements, investigations, capital portfolio development, project management, and collaborate with Integrity and Engineering teams.
Collaborate with Asset Management, Business Development, & Project Teams to support the effective lifecycle management of LNG Assets, and the development and execution of capital portfolios and projects.
Support operating budgets and cost management, ensuring expenditures are aligned with approved plans and finding opportunities for efficiency and optimization.
Provide assistance for emergency response and incident management, ensuring thorough preparedness, effective reaction, detailed investigation, and implementation of corrective actions.
Who You Are:
Significant experience leading technical operations in an industrial, energy, or infrastructure environment.
Related university degree or equivalent experience and ten‐plus years’ experience OR ten‐plus years of previous field operations experience, OR equivalent mix of formal education and experience.
Demonstrated people leadership experience in a safety critical operating environment.
Strong knowledge of operational risk management, regulatory compliance, and technical operations or design of LNG peak shaving or processing facilities.
Proven ability to manage budgets, operational performance, and competing priorities.
Strong communication, decision making, and collaborator engagement skills.
Working Conditions:
Office and field-based work with regular interaction with operating facilities and field environments.
On-call availability is required to support operational or emergency situations.
Extensive travel across our Gas Distribution Storage and Transmission network
Salary Range: $135,100 – 180,000*
*Internal applicants may refer to applicable compensation policies. Salaries are determined based on education, experience, certifications and skills.

Physical Requirements include but are not limited to:
