Mechanical Designer / CAD Technologist (Building Systems) | GTA
The Opportunity
We are partnering with a well-established, privately held MEP consulting firm specializing in the upgrade and modernization of existing buildings. With a strong pipeline of retrofit projects across institutional, municipal, and commercial sectors, this team is known for its practical, hands-on approach to improving building performance and extending asset life.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Mechanical Designer / CAD Technologist who enjoys working on real-world building conditions and seeing projects through from site investigation to implementation.

Compensation Transparency
The expected compensation range for this role is $70,000 - $80,000 annually, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.
