The Role
We aren’t hiring "drivers"; we are seeking proactive assets who master industrial equipment in high-velocity environments. You will be the backbone of our floor, ensuring the surgical movement of materials so our supply chain remains seamless and our production lines never skip a beat.

Core Responsibilities
Precision Maneuvering: Execute the loading, unloading, and stacking of materials with zero-error accuracy and fluid efficiency.

Operational Pulse: Keep the facility moving by proactively staging production lines and optimizing storage layouts.

Safety Stewardship: Champion a "Zero-Incident" culture through rigorous pre-shift inspections and instinctive hazard mitigation.

Spatial Mastery: Navigate high-density inventory and tight staging zones with the poise of a seasoned pro.

Proven Performance: A track record of success in high-volume industrial or distribution environments.

Ironclad Reliability: A "first-one-in" work ethic with a bulletproof record of punctuality.

Technical Literacy: Mechanically inclined with a deep respect for equipment load limits and maintenance cycles.

Advantages

$18 to $22 per hour, based on your demonstrated skill and relevant experience.
Full-time hours, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities
Safe and efficient operation of all assigned forklift equipment

Loading and unloading trailers

Moving pallets and products throughout the warehouse

Staging, wrapping, and organizing inventory

Supporting shipping and receiving tasks

Maintaining clean and safe work areas

Communicating clearly with supervisors and team members



Qualifications
Operator Experience: A minimum of 6 months of hands-on experience operating a Forklift.

Current Certification: Must hold a valid forklift license (Reach, Dock Stocker, SDCB, or Walkie).

Dynamic Pace: Proven ability to work efficiently within a fast-paced distribution environment.

Reliable Performance: A strong track record of consistent attendance and workplace dependability.

Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as required to support warehouse operations.

Have reliable personal transportation (a car), as many sites are not serviced by public transit.
