The positionYou step in to support our students when their teacher is unavailable, whether for just a block or an extended leaveYou support students learning with innovative and unconventional learning opportunities, prioritizing land-based learning and integration of Stz'uminus & Coast Salish teachingsYou continuously develop relationships with your peer educator's administration, students, families, partners & Community membersYou collaborate with educators throughout SES to enhance and lead explorations, projects, units and lessonsYou participate with dedication in all aspects of our school community including professional developmentYou conduct & contribute to assessments of and learning, as well as metric and reporting requirements.
