Our Edmonton client is seeking a Full Stack .Net Developer to join their Digital Design and Delivery Division for an initial twelve month contract with strong potential for extension up to twenty-four months. You will work within a high-performing, cross-functional team using human-centered design and agile methodologies to build services that are efficient, effective, and user-friendly. This is a primarily remote opportunity that offers the chance to work on diverse projects that directly impact the community while collaborating with a talented group of designers and product owners.

Responsibilities
• Participate in field research and user interviews to understand the needs of the end user.
• Lead technical discovery sessions and produce detailed architectural diagrams and documentation.
• Develop high quality solution designs based on a shared understanding of project requirements.
• Build and maintain features for exemplar projects to improve the overall digital experience.
• Identify and resolve functional and non-functional defects to ensure software reliability.
• Work closely with frontend designers to ensure all solutions follow a consistent look and feel.
• Advise product owners on technical implementation options to support frequent and iterative delivery.
Qualifications
• Extensive experience working as a Full Stack Developer on complex software solutions in an agile environment.
• Proven expertise with frontend frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js and backend technologies like C# .Net Core, Node.js, or Python.
• Strong proficiency in using Git for source control within a collaborative team setting.
• Experience with automated unit testing and integration testing to ensure code quality.
• Demonstrated knowledge of various database technologies including relational databases and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
