Quality Control- 12 hr Continental shifts

Staff Plus is hiring a detail-oriented Quality Control Associate to join our client in Ajax.

This role is for 12hr Continental shifts. You must be able to work 2 weeks on days and 2 weeks on nights and every second weekend. (7:00am- 7:00pm and 7:00pm- 7:00am)

This role is essential in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of quality management principles within a manufacturing environment.

Duties

• Conduct thorough quality inspections of products throughout the manufacturing process to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Collect data related to product quality, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
• Implement and maintain quality assurance protocols to enhance product reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of quality control activities.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing overall product quality.

• MUST BE ABLE TO WORK 12hr CONTINENTAL SHIFTS (2 weeks days and 2 weeks nights and ability to work every 2nd weekend)
• Proven experience in quality control or assurance within a manufacturing setting is preferred.
• Strong understanding of quality management.
• Must have computer skills.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to quality control.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for collaboration with team members.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
