What you’ll do:
Engage and interact with member-owners and customers to provide outstanding Co-op experiences.
Provide meal solution suggestions and recommendations to members and customers based on their needs and preferences.
Prepare and display butchered, seasoned meat to meet customer demand and display standards.
Wrapping, pricing, and merchandising products in line with the Co-op’s standards, policies, and CASM guidelines.
Perform proper clean-up, maintenance, and housekeeping duties (., logging temperatures, sanitizing work areas).
Follow all safe food handling practices and adhere to safety protocols to maintain a clean and safe work environment
Be available to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays on a rotational basis.
Demonstrate day-to-day behaviors and actions that align with and strengthen the Co-operative's vision, mission, values, and focus on safety.
Perform other duties as assigned to support team operations and customer service initiatives.

You have a Grade 12 education or a combination of relevant experience.
You’re action-oriented, customer-focused, and enjoy working with others as part of a team.
You’re honest, trustworthy, and results-oriented, always striving to be the best in what you do.
You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives.
You are capable of regularly lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs.
