The Opportunity (3 month contract)
We are currently seeking a Marketing Program and Budget Analyst. This role will work with Product Management, Finance and Sales to complete program execution and analysis pre and post activity.
What you’re responsible for:
- Navigate through internal process and requirements to submit marketing and sales programs
- Manage promotion plan execution including communication to Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Training and Retail teams
- Support daily management of Marketing budgets based on engagement with internal teams and Finance
- Support daily approval status on program submissions to PICs
- Support Carrier and Retail Sales teams with Live Display management process.
- Monitor forecast accuracy - promotion plans vs execution
- Validate promotion execution for customer claims
- Support Finance and Product Management budget analysis at the account level details
- Marketing assets, Sample management (nPass and Nalox)
- Prepare ad hoc analysis as required
To join our team:
- University degree or College equivalent in Business Administration preferred
- 2-5 years’ experience in accounting and data management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in entering financial data
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Deadline-driven with excellent time management ability

The salary for this role ranges between $70K to $77K (prorated for 3 months), your final offer will reflect your relevant skills, individual strengths and experience.
