We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) Supervisor to join our team in Winnipeg, MB.
Summary
The CSR Supervisor is responsible for caring out all types of day-to-day customer service activities by ensuring timely resolution and communication with customers (internal and external) regarding a variety of customer service issues.
Duties and Responsibilities
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent with good math, language and reading skills. Demonstrate strong interpersonal, customer service, organizational, attention to detail and problem solving skills. Working knowledge and experience with customer data software systems is preferred. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office program, especially excel. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a time sensitive environment. Transportation or logistics experience would be ideal.
Physical Requirements
You will be required to a computer and telephone simultaneously while sitting for eight hours.
