Process Re-Engineering Consultant (Treasury Operations)

What is in it for you:
• Salaried: $46-56 per hour.
• Incorporated Business Rate: $55-65 per hour.
• 4-month contract.
• Full-time position: 37.50 hours per week.
• Weekday schedule from 9 am to 5 pm.
• Hybrid work, with 3 days per week in the office.
Responsibilities:
• Process Review & Analysis: Conduct detailed reviews of operational processes, assess current-state workflows, risks, and control points, and document findings, gaps, and recommendations.
• Action Planning & Execution Support: Partner with business and IT teams to develop execution plans, support prioritization and milestone planning, and drive follow-ups to ensure delivery of outcomes.
• Process Tracking & Governance: Develop and maintain process improvement trackers, monitor progress, manage risks and dependencies, escalate issues when required, and maintain documentation for audit, compliance, and reporting purposes.
• Benefits Measurement & Reporting: Define benefit measurement criteria, track and quantify results, and provide progress updates, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate collaboration between business teams, Finance and Treasury leadership, and IT partners while providing guidance on process improvement initiatives and ensuring alignment across teams.
What you will need to succeed:
Required qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 6 years of relevant experience.
• 5-10 years of experience in Finance or Treasury Operations, process optimization, operational excellence, or management consulting.
• Experience in process analysis and documentation.
• Experience leading cross-functional process reviews and delivering structured, actionable recommendations.
• Strong background in process re-engineering, business transformation, or consulting engagements.
• Solid understanding of operational processes within Finance and/or Treasury.
• Strong project planning, task management, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with SQL and Power BI.
• Ability to discuss systems, data flows, automation opportunities, and IT architecture.
• Strong stakeholder management and documentation skills.

• Change management exposure.
• Exposure to ERP systems and Treasury platforms.
• Experience with system implementations, workflow automation, or large transformation programs.
• Experience with operational improvement initiatives.
• Accounting exposure.
