Job description

Take charge as a Vice President of Software Sales, leading a dynamic team to drive quarterly and annual revenue targets within a progressive company environment.

In this senior leadership role, you will oversee the full revenue cycle for multiple product lines, including iMotor Websites and Matador AI. Expect to build a high-performing sales organization, ensure disciplined forecasting, and implement successful pipeline strategies. Your strategic insight will help develop accountability and effectiveness throughout the sales process, enhancing both team and business performance.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Own ARR Bookings across key product lines
  • Drive disciplined revenue execution and forecasting
  • Develop comprehensive software pipeline health insights
  • Facilitate culture of forecast hygiene and CRM discipline
  • Lead and elevate a team of Product Specialists

Requirements :

  • 8–12+ years of SaaS sales experience
  • Minimum 3–5 years in senior leadership with quotas
  • Proven track record in full-cycle SaaS sales
  • Strong consultative selling skills, including Challenger Sales
  • Data-driven mindset with CRM expertise
