Role Overview : Client Engagement & Growth

In this role, you will engage with prospective clients, build relationships, and support them through a structured onboarding process using digital tools.Key Responsibilities :

Carry out digital outreach and lead generation activities

Conduct phone and Zoom conversations with prospective clients

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Guide individuals through onboarding and ongoing support

Participate in regular skills development sessions

Work independently using a proven marketing system

Skills & Experience

We’re looking for individuals with :

7+ years’ experience in :

Customer Service

Client Relations

Sales or Customer Support

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Confidence using phone, video, and online platforms

Ability to work independently and stay self-motivated

Interest in self development and continuous learning

Professional and positive approach to client interactions
