Schedule: Hybrid (3 Days in the office and 2 days at home) Monday to Friday 8:00 AM

You will be reporting into the Manager of Training and Development.
What your day to day will look like:
Training Program Development
- Develop and implement training programs that accelerate onboarding and enhance employee performance.
- Create engaging training materials, including manuals, videos, and e-learning modules.
- Ensure all programs comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and align training with business objectives.
- Apply adult learning principles and frameworks (e.g., ADDIE, Bloom's Taxonomy)
Training Delivery
- Facilitate interactive training sessions, workshops, and virtual learning experiences.
- Apply diverse instructional methods to accommodate various learning styles and experience levels.
- Foster an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
- Assessment and Evaluation
- Measure training impact using data-driven evaluations, feedback, and performance metrics.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and continuously optimize training programs.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities and employee progress.
Compliance and Safety
- Integrate safety and compliance standards into all training programs.
- Stay informed on regulatory changes and industry best practices.
- Collaboration and Communication
- Partner with departments to identify training needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Communicate effectively with employees at all levels to ensure clarity and engagement.
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to reinforce learning.
- Continuous Improvement
- Explore emerging training methods, tools, and technologies to enhance learning experiences.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to expand expertise.
- Drive innovation in instructional design and delivery.
What you'll need to succeed:
- 3+ years of experience in Instructional Design, Content Development, or Talent Development.
- Proven ability to collaborate with subject matter experts to define and refine learning objectives.
- Expertise in creating engaging content aligned with measurable outcomes.
- Strong facilitation skills and competency assessment experience.
- Excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with LMS platforms (e.g., BIS Safety) and eLearning tools such as Articulate 360.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook, and project management tools (e.g., ClickUp).
Our interview process:
- 20 minute preliminary phone interview with our Recruiter
- 20-40 minute assessment (depending on optional practice questions or breaks)
- 30 minute MS Teams video interview with the Hiring Manager and direct Supervisor for the role
