Role Details
- Work Location – Toronto, ON. On-site
- Shift/Hours – Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- The full base salary range for this position is from $54,000 - $65,000 annually. The starting base salary offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, role complexity, skills, experience, and internal equity.

About This Opportunity
The Production Coordinator, is responsible for maintaining relationships with Coke Canada’s suppliers, ordering materials, overlooking inventory, analyzing data and trends and working with cross-functional teams to ensure that operations run smoothly. You will also be processing payroll and shift coordination for the current staff at the facility.
Responsibilities
- Reconcile/Monitor inventory and raw materials; identify variances and resolve discrepancies.
- Process payroll for current staff at the facility
- Data maintenance in SAP, maintain shift reports, tracking for production volume, line performance, yield.
- Facilitate, attend and document daily Short Interval Control (SIC) meetings, communication of actions to stakeholders.
- Track sick calls, update rolling temp list and get Overtime (OT) replacements as required, based on seniority and skills.
- Document and Communicate crossover notes / crew talk details for incoming shifts.
- Monitor and analyze production schedule and production performance.
- Troubleshoot breakdowns and perform root cause analysis.
- Supervise production crew, employee management, schedule labour.
- Assist in updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Support Total Productive Maintenance and Autonomous Maintenance (TPM/AM) activity.
Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in engineering, science or business management
- 1+ years relevant experience preferable.
- Strong computer skills, including experience with SAP, Microsoft Office Programs (Excel and PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills, mathematics, and working with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment with a positive attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet target deadlines.
