Solution Architect

As part of the CMDB implementation, we are looking for a CMDB Solution Architect with a strong vision for integrating multiple data sources. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing a CMDB using Jira Insights, requiring a diverse skill set across solution design, integration, and IT Service Management (ITSM).

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and implement a CMDB based on Jira Insights
  
• Define and manage integrations between source systems (IT tools, applications, infrastructure)
  
• Design and structure data models and Configuration Items (CIs)
  
• Ensure best practices in ITSM and CMDB governance
  

Core Skills & Expertise

• Microservices architecture on AWS
  
• Strong understanding of ITSM / ITIL frameworks
  
• Proven experience with Jira and Jira Insights
  
• IT Asset Management (ITAM) / CMDB structuring and governance
  
• Data modeling (relationships between applications, servers, networks, etc.)
  
• Experience working in Agile environments

Key Screening Criteria

• Hands-on experience implementing a CMDB (not just using one)
  
• Ability to manage complex, multi-source integrations
  
• Strong architectural vision across data, ITSM, and systems (not purely technical)
  
• Mandatory or highly preferred experience with Jira Insights
