Aperçu du poste

  • Diriger la refonte et loptimisation du contenu du site web pour le lancement à venir.

  • Développer et exécuter la stratégie de contenu alignée sur le nouveau positionnement de marque.

  • Rédiger du contenu pour des campagnes intégrées (web social courriels landing pages rapports blogue) en assurant la cohérence de la voix de marque.

  • Produire des scripts vidéo et du contenu de leadership dopinion pour léquipe exécutive.

  • Mener des recherches daudience afin dorienter les initiatives marketing.

  • Développer des lignes directrices de marque des briefs et des calendriers éditoriaux.

  • Optimiser le contenu pour le SEO et soutenir les ventes avec des collatéraux (études de cas présentations one-pagers).

  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes design et internes pour garantir qualité et cohérence.

Profil recherché

  • 5 à 8 ans dexpérience en rédaction ou stratégie de contenu.

  • Portfolio démontrant une forte capacité à bâtir des narratifs de marque multiplateformes.

  • Excellente maîtrise du storytelling de la voix de marque et de la stratégie de contenu.

  • Esprit stratégique grande rigueur rédactionnelle et sens du détail.

  • Très bonne organisation et capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément.

  • Maîtrise de HubSpot Google Workspace outils de gestion de projet et SEO (ex. SEMrush).

  • Intérêt pour lIA appliquée à la création de contenu (atout).

  • Présence au bureau de Montréal 2 jours/semaine minimum.

  • Anglais courant ; français un atout.

About the role

We are seeking a strategic versatile and creative Content Manager to be the voice architect and storyteller of our new brand and marketing initiatives. Reporting to the Brand and Creative Lead you will be instrumental in translating our brand vision into compelling narratives across all customer touchpoints. This is a high-impact role for a self-starter who excels at uncovering customer insights approaches content strategically collaborates seamlessly across teams and maintains exceptional craft standards. While this is an individual contributor role immediately there is excellent potential to oversee freelancers and agencies and grow with the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead website content revamp and optimization in preparation for upcoming website launch

  • Collaborate with Riham to develop and execute Stay22s content strategy aligned with new brand positioning

  • Own end-to-end copywriting for integrated campaigns across channels (social media email landing pages reports blogs) ensuring brand voice consistency

  • Partner with ghostwriting agency to develop thought leadership content angles for executive team that align with overall content strategy

  • Conduct audience research and stakeholder interviews to uncover insights that inform brand marketing initiatives

  • Write and develop scripts for video content including product explainers brand films and marketing campaigns

  • Develop and maintain brand voice guidelines and messaging frameworks to ensure consistency across all touchpoints

  • Create content briefs and editorial calendars to support campaign planning and execution

  • Collaborate with design team to ensure copy and creative work seamlessly together

  • Review and edit content from internal teams and external partners to maintain quality standards

  • Optimize existing content for SEO and user engagement based on performance metrics

  • Support sales enablement by developing customer-facing collateral case studies and presentations

  • Stay current on industry trends and competitive landscape to inform content innovation.

  • Work with visual designer to develop collaterals for other teams such as 1-pagers presentation decks report templates

What Youll Bring: Qualifications

  • Experience: A minimum of 5-8 years of experience with a proven track record in a content or copywriting role (e.g. Content Writer Copywriter Content Strategist Brand Writer or similar).

  • Portfolio Power: A compelling portfolio showcasing your ability to craft brand narratives across diverse formats and channels (e.g. integrated campaigns web content social media email thought leadership video scripts long-form content).

  • Writing Fundamentals: Exceptional command of storytelling brand voice adoption messaging architecture audience segmentation and content strategy principles.

  • Mindset: A curious and strategic thinker who finds insights in customer needs a meticulous wordsmith with impeccable attention to detail and a drive for continuous craft improvement.

  • Organization: Highly organized adept at managing editorial calendars and proven ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic fast-paced environment.

  • Tool Proficiency: Proficiency in content management systems (HubSpot CMS) collaboration suites (Google Workspace) project management platforms (e.g. Trello Asana) and comfort with SEO tools and analytics platforms (SEMRuch).

  • Future-Forward: A genuine interest and proficiency in leveraging AI for content creation research and optimization workflows is a significant asset.

  • Location: Ability to work from our Montreal office at least 2 times per week to foster team connection and collaboration.

  • Language: Proficiency in English with French as a valuable plus.
