The Risk Manager will focus on:
- Protecting the business and players from fraud, financial loss, and reputational risk
- Detecting, investigating, and preventing suspicious activity across all player accounts and transactions
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk policies

Responsibilities:
Transaction Monitoring
- Monitor deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions in real-time
- Identify unusual behavior or transaction patterns that may indicate fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, account compromise or any other fraudulent behaviors
- Apply risk scoring models and automated rules to flag and prioritize suspicious activity
Fraud Prevention & Investigation
- Investigate flagged accounts and transactions to confirm fraudulent or abusive behavior, and file suspicious activity report if necessary
- Collaborate with Payment Operations Team to address high-risk or flagged accounts
Risk Assessment & Reporting
- Conduct periodic reviews of fraud trends, high-risk payment methods, and player segments
- Prepare reports and dashboards on fraud incidents, key risk indicators, and resolution outcomes
- Provide insights and recommendations to the management Team
Regulatory & Compliance Alignment
- Stay on top of regulatory changes related to fraud prevention, AML, and responsible gambling requirements
- Ensure monitoring policies, tools, and workflows are updated promptly to reflect new regulations
- Maintain audit trails and documentation to support compliance reporting and reviews
Collaboration & Process Improvement
- Work cross-functionally with Payment Operations, Customer Support, and Tech teams to streamline fraud detection and prevention processes
- Continuously improve monitoring rules, alert systems, and fraud prevention tools
- Update SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and deliver training to ensure the team stays informed on emerging fraud patterns and regulatory updates
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and investigative skills
- 3 years of Payments / Fraud experienced preferably within the iGaming Industry
- Experience in fraud detection, risk management, or transaction monitoring
- Knowledge of AML/KYC regulations and responsible gambling requirements
- Familiarity with fraud detection software and monitoring systems
- Ensures accurate and compliant handling of high-volume financial transactions
