R-101924 Job Description : We’re looking for a motivated and reliable Junior Commercial Property Manager to join our team and help keep our properties operating at their best! What You Bring : Minimum 6 months experience of commercial real estate experience.* Must be technology / computer proficient* Must be personable and reliable* Have a good understanding of construction process and practices* Must have a valid driver's license and vehicle* Must be able to handle modern technology and be adaptable to change* The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, has strong initiative and the ability to effectively communicate with a wide variety of constituents* Able to work independently with little supervision* Proven capabilities in multi-tasking, problem solving and prioritizing workloads* Knowledge about modern HVAC systems would be an asset.
