This welcoming and supportive clinic offers physicians the opportunity to practice medicine in a collaborative, technology-enhanced, and fully supported environment designed to maximize both professional satisfaction and patient outcomes.

We are currently recruiting Family Physicians and Specialists in Dermatology, Obstetrics & Gynecology, and Pediatrics to join their growing interdisciplinary team.

• Technology-Enhanced Practice: Fully equipped dual-screen desktops in each room, Dragon Dictation, and Tali AI Scribe to minimize administrative tasks.
• Advanced EMR System: MedAccess EMR customized for ease of use and reduced burnout, with training and onboarding support.
• Integrated Pharmacy On Site: Collaborate directly with pharmacists for medication management and patient support.
• Flexible Scheduling: Physicians have full autonomy to set their hours, patient load, and preferred mix of in-person or virtual visits.

Compensation & Structure

• Fee Split: 80/20 (Clinic provides all infrastructure and administrative support)
• Estimated Earnings: $500,000+ annually (based on full-time schedule)

Ideal Candidates

We are seeking physicians who are:

• Licensed or eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia (CPSBC)
• CCFP or FRCPC certified
• Dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
• Interested in flexibility, autonomy, and collaborative practice
• Proficient communicators and team players
• Fluent in a second language such as Punjabi, Hindi, or Arabic (asset, not required)
• Permitted to work legally in Canada
