Contract Term: 12 months, renewable

Work Location: remote work in Canada

We are looking for strong Oracle Health Solution Consultants who are highly hands on and capable of designing, building, configuring, and testing Oracle Health (Cerner) solutions for our clients.

These consultants will work directly with clinical and operational teams to translate requirements into functional system designs, perform system configuration, execute testing cycles, and ensure successful deployment across key Oracle Health modules.

MUST HAVE deep functional expertise in Oracle Health applications

Key Responsibilities

• Work hands on to design, configure, build, and test Oracle Health (Cerner) solutions across assigned modules.

• Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional system designs.

• Perform system configuration, workflow optimization, and validation activities.

• Support integrated testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go live readiness.

• Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend system improvements.

• Ensure solutions align with clinical workflows, regulatory requirements, and best practices.

• Provide subject matter expertise and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Expertise (Module Specific)

Candidates must have hands on experience in one of the following Oracle Health (Cerner) modules:

PowerChart Maternity – obstetrics documentation, fetal monitoring, labor & delivery workflows

Rehab – therapy documentation, scheduling, care plans

Hands on build/configuration experience in these modules is strongly preferred.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with Oracle Health (Cerner) applications.

• Proven ability to design, configure, and test solutions—not just support or end user experience.

• Strong understanding of clinical and operational workflows in healthcare environments.

• Experience participating in full project lifecycles (design → build → test → go live).

• Background in healthcare operations, clinical informatics, or hospital IT

• Experience supporting optimization or post go live enhancement cycles
