Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Truck Driver, based in Toronto, ON. The Truck Driver will be responsible for operating commercial vehicles, ensuring timely transportation of goods, and performing loading and unloading tasks. The role requires adherence to Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and the maintenance of vehicle safety and cleanliness. The Truck Driver will collaborate with logistics teams to meet schedules and ensure seamless delivery operations.
Qualifications
- Experience with CDL Class A license and proper operation of commercial trucks
- Proficiency in safe Truck Driving practices and knowledge of Unloading procedures
- Strong understanding of DOT Regulations and compliance requirements
- Demonstrated ability to maintain focus, reliability, and time management during driving assignments
- Physical stamina for long-distance driving and loading/unloading activities
- Clean driving record and commitment to upholding road safety standards
- Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge is an advantage
- High school diploma or equivalent
