Job Summary:
The Senior Implementation Specialist – Data & Business Intelligence plays a pivotal role in delivering successful dTIMS implementations for our global clients. This position sits at the intersection of data expertise, business intelligence, and client engagement — bringing structure, insight, and clarity to complex asset management data environments.
This is a senior role for a professional who understands that behind every successful dTIMS deployment lies a deep understanding of client data: where it comes from, what it means, and the decisions it should drive. You will take the lead in interrogating, interpreting, and transforming client datasets into meaningful outputs — helping clients not just implement a system but truly understand and act on the stories their data tells.
Working across the full implementation lifecycle, from discovery through to deployment, you will guide clients in defining their data requirements, resolving data quality challenges, and developing the analytical frameworks and business intelligence outputs that make dTIMS a genuinely transformative tool for infrastructure asset management.
