• Bakeshop Digital is seeking a Jr. Digital Designer to craft standout performance creative (ads and emails) for an exciting portfolio of ecommerce brands. Youll design ads, emails, and web pages for a rotating cast of real DTC brands

What You’ll Do

• Design & Strategy: Create high-converting ads, email templates, web designs, and landing pages using Figma that are visually compelling and performance-driven. Infuse curiosity, unique perspectives, and bold ideas into creative campaigns. Reject boring.
• Copywriting: Write short, punchy copy for ads, emails, and web. Youll be doing this constantly. It should feel natural.
• Team Collaboration: Present insights and design concepts that align with brand goals and strategies.
• Research: Analyze ads and emails from other DTC brands to uncover insights that inspire exceptional designs.
• AI-assisted design: Use Claude and other AI tools as part of your everyday workflow. We work with AI seriously, not as a gimmick, but as a multiplier. Comfort with prompting and iteration is expected.

Who you are

• You have strong taste and you know how to defend your creative decisions
• Youre fast in Figma. Experience with Adobe Suite is a plus.
• Youre comfortable with video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere, DaVinci, or equivalent)
• Youre curious about AI tools and already using them in some capacity
• You write well and know how to be concise
• You take feedback without getting defensive, and you give it honestly
• You manage your own workload, flag problems early, and dont drop things
