Overall purpose of the role
We are recruiting a Teaching, Learning and Student Experience Administrator within the Student Support and Wellbeing Team. This is a student-facing role, working from within our busy Student Hub which supports both Undergraduate and Postgraduate programmes within the School of Health Sciences. The successful candidate will provide wellbeing support to students and will support the administration of all required activities within the School Student Support and Wellbeing team including pastoral and wellbeing support for students, attendance and engagement monitoring, supporting Mitigating Circumstances and Extensions processes, disability support, student experience initiatives and general administrative duties.
Qualifications and Experience
The ideal candidate will have recent experience in a student‑facing support or wellbeing role, experience of working within higher education, proven administrative experience in a busy environment, excellent communication skills and the ability to work positively and respectfully with a range of students and colleagues from diverse backgrounds. You will need to have a flexible approach to work and the ability to work proficiently with a range of MS 365 applications.
