Head of Franchise Operations

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Franchise Operations to join our team. In this senior operations role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational success of our franchise network, ensuring that franchisees are supported, systems are optimized, and growth targets are met. This role is perfect for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and has a passion for scaling franchise operations.
Location:
We are based in Toronto, Canada, with a global franchise network. This role offers flexibility and can be performed remotely or in a hybrid capacity.
Key Responsibilities
·Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of the franchise network, ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency across all locations.
·Develop and implement operational strategies to drive franchise growth, profitability, and compliance with brand standards.
·Provide leadership and support to franchisees, including training, coaching, and troubleshooting operational challenges.
·Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, legal) to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
·Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize operational efficiency.
·Identify and implement best practices across the franchise network, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
·Serve as the primary point of contact for franchisees, addressing concerns and facilitating communication between franchisees and the corporate team.
·Lead initiatives to enhance franchisee satisfaction, retention, and success.
Qualifications
·Proven experience in a senior operations role within a franchise or multi-unit business.
·Strong understanding of franchise operations, including franchisee support, compliance, and brand management.
·Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
·Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with franchisees.
·Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
·Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for scaling businesses.
